Smoking is not good for the whole health of our body, especially the lungs.We can show our love to the lungs by not smoking and exercise with your teratur.Ketika do strenuous exercise (such as cycling, running, or swimming), your lungs require more air to provide oxygen your cells extra they need. When you breathe deeply and take in more air, your lungs become stronger and better.Some disorders or lung disease are: bronchitis, pneumonia, bronchopneumonia, pulmonary emphysema. Fibrosing alveolitis, tuberculosis, lung cancer, heart.
