Spleen
The spleen is an organ located in the left side, at the top of the stomach and below the rib cage. It is about the size of your fist. The spleen is part of the lymphatic system, which fight infection and maintaining body fluid balance. It contains white blood cells that fight germs. The spleen also helps control the amount of blood in the body and destroy the cells of the old and damaged.
